The End of Hunting for the Correct Shim

Toyota originally offered dozens of different shim thicknesses to properly set carrier bearing preload and ring gear backlash in the 220mm Supra differential. Those shims have long since been discontinued, making differential setup frustrating and time-consuming.

The PHR Peel-Away Side Carrier Shim eliminates the need to stock multiple shim sizes.

Instead of purchasing several individual thicknesses, each PHR shim is built from precision laminated steel layers. Simply remove individual .002" layers until the exact thickness required is achieved, allowing precise differential setup with minimal inventory.
