PHR's Billet Collector 

PHR billet collectors were engineered to eliminate the inconsistencies and compromises found in traditional hand-made collectors. Rather than relying on fabrication technique and weld consistency, billet construction allows complete control over geometry, delivering identical flow characteristics and repeatable results across every manifold.

CNC-machined from solid billet, these collectors provide a smooth, uninterrupted transition into the turbine inlet. This promotes balanced exhaust flow from each runner, reduced turbulence, and efficient energy delivery to the turbocharger—advantages that are difficult to achieve with segmented, hand-fabricated designs.

Billet construction also delivers superior strength and long-term durability. With no thin junctions or heat-affected weak points, billet collectors offer exceptional resistance to cracking and thermal fatigue, even in high-boost and motorsport environments.
