Hand welded construction with a strong bar and plate design with polished aluminium pipework. All our intercooler kits have been tested to withstand more than 140psi pressure. Minimal pressure drop across the end tanks. Core size: 600mm x 263mm x 70mm. Fully TIG welded T-6061 aluminium. Tested to 140psi. Actual picture of the item you will receive. Brand new in the box. We recommend all intercooler kits are fitted by a qualified mechanic to ensure the correct fitment. Fits: Toyota Starlet EP82 and EP91 turbo models 1989 - 1999.
