Refund policy


Any return accepted by Future Motorsports, is at our sole discretion. A return does not constitute the guarantee of a full refund. We may offer a partial refund or company credit, at our sole discretion. Any part installed or attempted to be installed can not be returned for any reason.
All returns must be within 21 days of the date of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unopened, & resalable condition, identical to the condition that it was received in, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We then will offer a refund or company credit, at our sole discretion.
There are no returns on used parts, closeouts, open box or special order items. Special order items include, but are not limited to: Wheels, Body Kits, and any JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) item. All returns must arrive at the Future Motorsports office within 30 days of the date of your original invoice.
Make sure to insure the product when you ship it back to Future Motorsports. If we receive an item that was damaged, or your package is lost by the Courier, you will receive no credit from Future Motorsports and you must take up the damage claim with the Courier yourself. You assume all responsibility associated with processing an insurance claim with the Courier you choose.  We will rectify / replace any product(s) we have supplied incorrectly such as wrong colour, wrong size etc.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
