Future Motorsports Stage 2 – 3SGTE Built Short Block 500-600bhp.
This setup can reliably handle 500-600BHP.
This package is very popular and well suited for people wanting to start pushing the the Toyota 3SGTE short block (bottom end). Ideal for high horsepower street cars or out right drag or track car. Also works great with hill climb applications where high boost and high revs will be pushing the limits of the block.
If your going this route you will be using a fully upgraded fuel system, standalone engine management and a custom tubular turbo manifold and medium to large turbo charger.
Future Motorsports Stage 2 – 3SGTE Short Block covers the following:
– CP, Manley, JE Or Traum 86.25 / 86.50mm / 87.00mm Piston Kit.
– Upgrade Piston Wrist Pins.
– Custom Oil Clearance.
– Custom PTW Clearance.
– Future Motorsports I Beam / Manley H Beam or Brian Crower H Beam rods (these come standard with ARP2000 bolts).
– ACL, King Race or Clevite Crank Mains, Rods and Thrust Bearings.
– ARP 2000 crank Main Studs.
– All Machine Work.
- Line hone stock main caps to spec.
– Bore, hone, skim.
– Hardened and treated crankshaft.
- REM Super finishing to connecting rods and crankshaft as standard!
- Polish crank.
– Balance rotating assembly (crank, rods, pistons)
– Re-inspection and Re-measure
– All Cleaning
– Final Assembly
It is recommended to use ONLY the custom age head studs with this short block application (found on our other page).
