American Racing Products or ARP, have now produced a head stud conversion for the Subaru Impreza. This kit directly replaces the conventional head bolt with an 11mm stud and nut kit allowing a more reliable, head assembly procedure.
(WE ALSO OFFER THE ARP L19 HALF INCH HEAD STUD KIT INCLUDING MACHINING WORK TO YOUR HEADS AND BLOCK AND TAPER REAMING TO YOUR CHOISE OF HEAD GASKET SET TO SUIT THE ARP L19 HEAD STUDS. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE 4 NEW HALF INCH DOWEL LOCATERS FOR YOUR ENGINE IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THE L19 ARP HALF INCH HEAD STUD KIT).
ARP cylinder head stud kit suitbale for both high revving atmospheric and high boosting turbo applications. Provides a much stronger and evenly distributed clamping force then conventional head bolts.
