Future Motorsports Modified Oil Pump for 1993-2002 Supra 2JZGTE.
The OEM oil pump is prone to front main seal failure under high boost conditions. They are also known for failing upon first start up (usually locking the engine). We begin with a brand new Genuine 2JZGTE OEM Toyota Oil pump and perform a complete disassembly and inspection prior to upgrade.We perform the necessary modifications to reduce pressure at the front main seal and any chance of the oil pump failing during first start up. We raise oil pressure to increase internal flow (depending if your using oil squirters or not) and check and clearance the rotor assembly.The gears receive a Isotropic REM finish and the factory tolerances are verified and any imperfections are deburred for precise fitment.Once the pump has been tested on our rig it is removed, pressure and liquid cleaned AGAIN, then fully greased before being reassembled to new specifications ready for packing.
